After the agreement is made, we plan to go to the project site as soon as possible. Our median delivery time is 3 days but it is also possible to send you the edited data within a day if your case is urgent.

Our pilots have enough experience to capture best aerial images for any setting based on what you ask us. So there is no need for you to be present on the project location. However, you are welcome to be there if you like, but you need to keep in mind the coordination between you and the pilot could make the process take longer.

Since the high-quality imagery can take high file sizes, we learned it is most convenient to send you by Google Drive in an email.

Unfortunately, we cannot fly when it's raining or snowing. But, the clear air with sufficient light is what we need for the best image quality.

Yes. We usually send you JPG images and MP4 videos, but you can definitely have the RAW files if you want. Just let us know.
